Maple View is located in Wilberforce and offers safe, affordable housing that is available for all folks regardless of family size or income level. Maple View is owned and governed by Monmouth Township Non-Profit Housing Corporation.  Our complex contains both townhouses and apartments and is close to amenities. Subsidized rent and market value rent units are available. There is a waiting list for our units.  You can apply in person or online at Community Housing - City of Kawartha Lakes.  Our subsidized units have a common waiting list for all units available within Haliburton County and City of Kawartha Lakes.
